You can delete your Oath Below account and its online data at any time, in either of two ways.
- In the game: open Settings, then Account, then tap Delete account and confirm.
- By email: write to support@oathbelow.com with the subject "Delete my Oath Below account". Include your display name with its #number, exactly as the game shows it.
What gets deleted
Your account, player ID and display name; your online heroes, ranks, ladder records and online unlocks; and the gameplay data stored with them. We finish within 30 days.
What isn't affected
Offline saves
Offline heroes and saves stay on your phone. Uninstalling the game removes them.
Purchase records
Google Play keeps its own purchase records under its own policy.
